現場冷再生法是用大功率路面銑刨拌合機將路面混合料在原路面上就地銑刨、翻挖、破碎，再加入穩定劑、水泥、水（或加入乳化瀝青）和骨料同時就地拌合，用路拌機原地拌合，碾壓成型?，F場冷再生工藝一般適用于病害嚴重的一級以下公路瀝青路面的翻修、重建，冷再生后的路面一般需要加鋪一定厚度的瀝青罩面。目前應用類型已從初的單純水泥冷再生，逐步豐富形成泡沫瀝青、乳化瀝青冷再生。
