泡沫瀝青冷再生技術(shù)是對回收瀝青路面材料和水泥穩(wěn)定基層材料進行再生利用。不僅能夠充分發(fā)揮舊瀝青混合料的“剩余價值”，促進舊路面材料的循環(huán)利用，保護生態(tài)環(huán)境，減少資源浪費，同時，也將半剛性路面結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)為半柔性結(jié)構(gòu)，延長了道路瀝青的使用壽命。
The cold recycling technology of foam asphalt is to recycle the recycled asphalt pavement materials and cement stabilized base materials. 泡沫瀝青冷再生混合料可作為瀝青下面層和基層使用，并表現(xiàn)出良好的性能。其優(yōu)點主要表現(xiàn)在可以對瀝青面層和基層材料進行全厚式再生，同時將半剛性基層轉(zhuǎn)換為半柔性基層，符合國際柔性路面基層的潮流；泡沫瀝青再生技術(shù)僅需加熱瀝青，不需要加熱和烘干集料。從而節(jié)省能源；與半剛性基層相比，其養(yǎng)護時間短，施工期短，對交通影響小。
