一、作用
1、 Function
1、撒布車作為建設(shè)高等公路路基穩(wěn)定土粉料撒鋪的專用設(shè)備，廣泛應(yīng)用于公路、鐵路、機(jī)場(chǎng)路 基施工中的水泥、白灰等各種粉料的撒鋪，配合就地冷再生設(shè)備替代人工撒鋪水泥翻新加固舊 路面。

1、根據(jù)施工數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，1名駕駛員駕駛該撒布車每天可均勻撒鋪2萬的水泥，約合水泥重 量400噸（每平方20公斤），消耗燃油費(fèi)用400元。粗略計(jì)算，撒鋪成本僅為0.02元/。而 采用人工撒鋪成本約0.5元/。20人每天的撒鋪量多也就5000。

2、人工撒鋪均勻度很難達(dá)到施工要求，而且對(duì)環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重。做粉料撒鋪工作的工人平均年齡 在50歲以上，在不封閉或者半封閉施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員不能保證。用撒布車施工確保。
